What is your cancellation policy?

For dog walks, we ask for 2 weeks notice before removing your pup from regular walks completely. If your Dog gets sick or an unexpected event happens we are very unlikely to ask for any sort of payment unless we come to your house for pick up without being informed.

For pet sitting, the same applies with two weeks notice and for a late cancellation you may be expected to pay up to half of your quote for the stay. However we are usually very lenient on a case by case basis, we have had dogs fall ill very close to their pet sitting dates and have not charged anything (We understand that life happens!)
